Everything you need to know for a tailor-made stay
What is included in the flats?
The flats are fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including full kitchen, Free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, private terraces and barbecue area. In addition, bed linen, towels and kitchen utensils are included for your convenience.
What is the minimum and maximum length of stay?
To guarantee your stay with us, we have a minimum of 4 nights in the low season and 7 nights in the high season.
We also allow extended staysensuring that our guests enjoy the quality and comfort they deserve, in all seasons of the year.
What should I do if I need assistance during my stay?
If you need any assistance during your stay, don't hesitate to contact us! We are always on hand to ensure your comfort. You can call us or send us a message. We want you to feel at home and for your experience to be perfect.
Is the flat pet-friendly?
Yes, we know that your pet is part of your family. That's why our flats are pet-friendly.You can bring your four-legged friend along to enjoy the tranquillity of the Algarve. We just ask that you let us know in advance so that we can make sure everything is ready for your pet.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, you can cancel your booking according to our cancellation policy. We recommend that you consult the terms and conditions specific to your booking, so you know the deadlines and any associated costs. If you need help, our team is on hand to answer your questions.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3 pm and check-out until 10 am. Key handover is arranged before arrival.
Is there parking?
Yes. Costa Azul and Duna have a closed garage; Maresia has a private outdoor parking space. Free of charge.
How far is the beach?
Altura beach is about 250 m away, on foot. Supermarket, pharmacy and restaurants are also a few steps away.
How do I book and pay?
Directly at alturadamare.pt, with best price guaranteed. A 25% deposit is paid at booking — by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or MB WAY — and the balance up to 30 days before arrival.
Is there a lift?
No. Costa Azul and Duna are at the level of the building's landing, with 2 steps; Maresia is on the 1st floor, up one flight of stairs.
